Salsa term: Charanga (Style of music)

Certain instrumentation of an orchestra and also a music style (but not a dance style) from Cuba. Characteristic are 2 ore more violins, a flute and most a chorus. The Charanga is very popular in New York at these days (but not in Cuba anymore ).
